Shipping policy

Please allow 2-4 days for your pickup order and 3-5 days for your delivery order to be ready.

We offer free pickups from 26 Te Taou Crescent, Auckland CBD.

We offer delivery across New Zealand (excluding Chatham, Waiheke and Great Barrier islands) for a flat fee of $15, however, cakes and cupcakes can only be delivered around Auckland.

If you require your order on a specific date please ensure you let us know when completing your order. While we try our best to accommodate delivery time requests, these cannot always be guaranteed.

Please note that while we package the products with utmost care, courier companies do not guarantee products will be delivered free from damage. Shipping is solely at the customer's risk.
