Refund policy

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 72 hours' notice for order cancellations. Orders cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice are not eligible for refunds. Orders cancelled with more than 72 hours' notice will be refunded in full.

We can also postpone your confirmed order to a later date or offer store credit valid for 6 months as long we have been given no less than 72 hours' prior notice.

Any products placed outside, uncovered or in sunlight has the possibility of melting or deforming due to weather.

We are not liable for our products once they have been delivered by us or picked up from our premise by couriers or customers.

When you pick up your order please ensure your vehicle is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into your order. Though we provide well-structured products and packaging, please note our products are very fragile - please drive carefully.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wedding Cakes
Refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least one week before the scheduled due date. Cancellations communicated less than one week before the due date will not be eligible for a refund.
